GRETCHEN WILSON GETS "ALL JACKED UP" AT BUDWEISER EVENTS CENTER
Gretchen Wilson performs at the Budweiser Events Center Thursday, November 20, following the release of her third album One of the Boys. The concert, with special guest Keith Anderson, will mark the first time the break-out country star has played at the Budweiser Events Center.
Wilson's single "Redneck Woman" made history by reaching #1 faster than any other song in the history of radio. Wilson has also won a Grammy for Best Country Female Vocal Performance. Her single "All Jacked Up" debuted #1 on country and Top 200 charts and she has recently released the single
"Don't Do Me No Good" this past July to much critical acclaim.
Wilson's first album, Here for the Party, stayed #1 country album for nine consecutive weeks, certifying platinum and double platinum faster than any other debut country singer's album. Colorado Lightning Soccer
The Budweiser Events Center will be hosting the inaugural season of the Colorado Lightning, the new member of the Professional Arena Soccer League (PASL), starting this fall. The Lightning will have eight home games on schedule for the 2008-09 season and the first regular season home game for the Lightning is scheduled for Sunday, November 2."Lightning fans should be prepared to be on their feet throughout the entire game.
