Operations Changeover Crew
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Changing over Arena from Basketball Events, Hockey Events, Concerts and Theatre Programs to the next scheduled event.
- Assembly and breakdown of basketball court, hockey dashers, glass, team benches and boxes, stage, chairs, ramp, and seating platforms.
- Assembly and breakdown of function rooms.
- Light cleaning and custodial duties assigned when necessary.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualified applicants must be able to work in a team environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Housekeeping (Day Time Help)
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Operations/Changeover Manager performs all housekeeping and custodial duties as assigned.
- Responsible for keeping facility at a presentable cleanliness and sanitation level.
- Operate and maintain all cleaning devices.
Requirements
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or related trade school training; valid Colorado driver's license; and interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with guests, vendors, staff, and other facility users.
- Be reliable, honest, dependable, and punctual.
- Be a self starter; have ability to take directions; and be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of all cleaning supplies needed for sweeping, seat cleaning, floor care, restroom cleaning and disinfecting, and wall, glass, and metal cleaning.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
